The OHeSign app offers you the ability to personalize your color scheme and also allows the customization of questions that will appear to your prospect. (Standard questions are already pre-populated). After your prospects signs in on your iPad, their contact information disappears safe from view of any other visitors to the Open House, however, you do have the ability to easily access each individual record (password protected at your discretion) to add additional comments, information etc.

Your Open House Data is securely saved right to your iPad and can be viewed on your iPad or simply sent to your E-Mail inbox in Excel CSV format for additional back up. This spreadsheet will provide you with all of the prospect information on one continuous spreadsheet for each individual property and will show you the date of each Open House, the prospect’s complete mailing, phone and email contact information, the prospects answers to the custom questions appearing on your iPad, the asking price of the home (this will allow you to sort by price and to notify prior prospects when listing new properties in the same price range) and the name of the agent hosting the open house. This simple export will allow you to easily add your prospects to E-Mail drip campaigns, set up mail merge function for direct mail, and upload to your CRM / Client Relationship Management system without the need to retype data.

Additionally, the Open House eSign app gives you the ability to E-Mail your prospect with one touch,and in that email, automatically references the address of the property the prospect visited and provides a direct link to a map showing the aerial view of the property with a street map overlay. You also have the ability to auto-populate hyperlinks to direct your prospects to your website, fact sheet and other data on the home etc.

The Input Form is customizable from the Apple Settings app. Questions, Statements and password settings are all customizable.
